Green Week - Alternative Transportation
When the weather's nice, I try to make a point of riding my bike around the city instead of taking the bus. For the most part, taking the bike is easier since I don't have to worry about waiting for the bus (since the bus schedules are more suggestions than actual schedules), which is especially nice if my errands take me places that involve transferring from one bus to another. The bottom bike is the mountain bike I bought during college. When I bought it, I was using it as a commuting bike so it's tricked out with a rack on the back that I can hook bags on. It's my grocery getter/minivan. The top bike is what I use for tri training and racing and is my fancy high-performance sports vehicle.
